Our History
Located in St. Paul, MN and founded in 1970 by Charles Bird, John Bird and Tim Cronin, Bird & Cronin evolved from a regional home care and distribution company into a designer and manufacturer of high quality medical products that are available worldwide.
In 2017, Bird & Cronin was acquired by Dynatronics Corporation, enhancing its capability to meet the needs of its growing customer base.
In 2026, Grayline Medical Inc. acquired the Bird & Cronin brand and business, marking a new chapter for the company. Bird & Cronin’s operations are now conducted through Bird Cronin, Inc., a Grayline Medical company based in Santa Fe Springs, California. Bird Cronin, Inc. continues Bird & Cronin’s manufacturing, distribution, and customer service operations while preserving the expertise and product knowledge developed over more than five decades.
As part of this next chapter, Bird & Cronin is expanding its direct-to-consumer and e-commerce presence through its official online store at store.birdcronin.com, making its products more accessible to customers nationwide.
